This policy outlines our operational timelines, shipping costs, and the standards we uphold to ensure your order arrives safely from our Miami, FL facility to your doorstep.
SECTION 1 – GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE & RESTRICTIONS
We currently provide domestic shipping services exclusively within the United States. Our coverage includes:
- Coverage Area: All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping services outside of the United States.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING COSTS & TRANSPARENCY
We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden fees at checkout. Our shipping rate is structured as follows:
- Standard Flat Rate: $6.99 per order, regardless of size or weight.
- Taxes: Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, in compliance with Florida and federal regulations.
SECTION 3 – SHIPMENT TIMELINES (HANDLING & TRANSIT)
To provide accurate delivery estimates, we categorize our timeline into two phases:
A. Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will typically begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed starting the following business day.
B. Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
This is the estimated duration for the carrier to deliver the package once it has left our facility. Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 business days.
SECTION 4 – CARRIER PARTNERS & TRACKING
We partner with premier U.S. carriers to ensure the highest delivery standards. Your order will be fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order is dispatched, a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number will be sent to your provided email address. You may monitor your package in real-time through the carrier’s official tracking portal.
SECTION 5 – DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS
While we strive for perfection, external factors may occasionally cause delays. SHOPIFIYI LLC is here to assist in the following scenarios:
- Missing Tracking Updates: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 72 hours, please contact our support team.
- Non-Delivery: If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and notify us within 5 business days.
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please document the condition with photos and reach out to support@shopifiyi.com immediately for a resolution.
