We strive to display the colors and images of our shoes as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

• We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
• Shipping fees are clearly stated at $6.99 per order as per our Shipping Policy.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are processed according to our Shipping Policy (1-3 days handling, 7-15 days transit). The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer (e.g., missing ZIP+4 codes for 29906-6006).

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return process is governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. We offer a 30-day return window with free downloadable/printable labels. Shoes must be in original, unworn condition to be eligible for a full refund.
