At Shopifiyi, we aim to process and ship your footwear orders as quickly as possible. Because our system is designed for efficiency, there is a limited window of time to make changes or cancellations.
Cancellation Window
You have 6 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change.
1. How to Request a Cancellation
If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately. Requests must be sent via email to ensure we have a timestamped record of your request.

- Subject Line: URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]
Once your request is processed within the 6-hour window, we will issue a full refund immediately to your original payment method.
2. Changing Order Details
Need to swap a size or update your shipping address? We can assist with the following changes if the order has not yet entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage:
- Changing shoe size or color.
- Correcting a typo in your shipping address (e.g., updating to 29906-6006).
- Updating contact information.
After the 6-hour window or once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the order. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Free Return Policy.
3. If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched from our Beaufort warehouse, we are unable to stop the delivery. In this case:
- Please do not refuse the delivery (refused packages may be lost).
- Accept the package and contact us for a Free Return Shipping Label.
- Once the item is returned to us in original condition, a full refund will be issued.
