ORDER ADJUSTMENT & ADDRESS VERIFICATION POLICY

We understand that mistakes can happen or plans may change, which is why we have established the following protocols regarding order modifications and address accuracy on shopifiyi.com.


1. THE 4-HOUR CRITICAL WINDOW

We provide a strictly enforced 4-hour grace period from the moment an order is successfully placed. During this window, you have the flexibility to request a cancellation or modification of your order details. This period is designed to catch typographical errors or sudden changes in preference before the order enters our warehouse processing stage.

Available Actions Within 4 Hours:

  • Full cancellation and immediate refund authorization.
  • Correction of shipping address details (Street name, Apt #, ZIP code).
  • Adjustment of item specifications (Size, Color, or Quantity).

2. SUBMISSION CHANNELS FOR URGENT CHANGES

3. POST-WINDOW LIMITATIONS

Once the 4-hour window has expired, your order is automatically transmitted to our fulfillment center for picking, quality control, and dispatch. After this point, we are unable to intercept, cancel, or modify the shipment.

If you realize an error after the 4-hour window, you must wait for the package to be delivered and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that shipping costs for returned items due to customer-side errors are the responsibility of the customer.

4. MANDATORY ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is 100% accurate and complete. A valid shipping address must include:

  • Full legal name of the recipient.
  • Correct house or building number and street name.
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable).
  • Valid city, state, and 5-digit ZIP code.

5. LIABILITY FOR ADDRESS-RELATED FAILURES

SHOPIFIYI LLC is not liable for failed deliveries, lost packages, or items returned to sender due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. In such events:

  • A reshipping fee will apply if you wish for the order to be sent to a corrected address.
  • If a refund is requested for a “Return to Sender” package, original shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund.
