REFUND PROCESSING & FINANCIAL TERMS

This policy provides detailed information on our inspection standards and our commitment to processing approved refunds within a 7-business-day window.
SECTION 1 – RETURN INSPECTION & EVALUATION
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to our Miami, FL facility for a mandatory quality assessment. The criteria for a successful refund authorization include:
- The product must be in its original, unwashed, and unused condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included.
- The return request must be filed within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to verify the item’s condition. You will receive an immediate email notification once the inspection is complete.
SECTION 2 – THE 7-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE
Once your return has been inspected and approved, SHOPIFIYI LLC will initiate the reimbursement process. We are committed to the following strict timeline:
- Processing Window: Your refund will be issued and finalized within 7 business days of the approval date.
- Original Payment Source: For your protection, all refunds are credited back only to the original payment method used (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay). We do not provide refunds via check, cash, or to alternative bank accounts.
- Banking Transit: While we finalize the refund within 7 days, please note that your financial institution may require an additional 1-2 business days to reflect the balance on your statement.
SECTION 3 – DEDUCTIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
In accordance with industry standards, certain costs are non-reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of a SHOPIFIYI LLC error:
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees ($6.99 flat rate or express fees) are non-refundable as they represent a completed service by the carrier.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “Change of Mind” or incorrect size selections.
- Merchant Error Coverage: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, SHOPIFIYI LLC will provide a 100% full refund, covering all product costs and shipping fees.
SECTION 4 – RESOLVING REFUND DELAYS
If the 7-business-day window has passed and you have not seen the credit in your account:
- Review your original transaction statement to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted under the name “SHOPIFIYI” or “PayPal/Stripe”.
- Contact your credit card issuer or bank; processing times vary by institution.
