RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy is designed to provide a fair, transparent, and structured process for returns and exchanges, ensuring compliance with U.S. consumer protection standards and providing you with peace of mind.
SECTION 1 – RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To maintain our commitment to hygiene and product quality, all returns must adhere to the following mandatory criteria:
- Original Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Any signs of wear, odor, or alteration will result in the rejection of the return.
- Complete Packaging: All original tags, labels, branded boxes, and protective materials must be intact and included in the return package.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation email or digital receipt from shopifiyi.com must accompany the request.
SECTION 2 – THE 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-calendar-day return window. This period commences from the date the carrier marks your order as “Delivered.” Requests initiated after this 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We strongly recommend inspecting your merchandise immediately upon arrival.
SECTION 3 – MANDATORY RETURN PROCEDURE
To ensure your return is processed efficiently by our Miami-based logistics team, please follow these formal steps:
Step 1: Send an email to support@shopifiyi.com with the subject: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
Step 2: Attach a high-resolution photo or video clearly showing the item’s condition and all original tags. If the item is defective, please provide close-up evidence of the flaw.
Step 3: Our support team will review your request within 72 business hours. Once authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return shipping address.
SECTION 4 – RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
Responsibility for shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:
- Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item due to a change of preference, incorrect size selection, or “buyer’s remorse,” you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- SHOPIFIYI LLC Responsibility (Merchant Error): If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or damaged in transit), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the shipping costs upon verification.
*Note: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. SHOPIFIYI LLC is not liable for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
SECTION 5 – EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are primarily reserved for items that are defective or incorrect upon arrival. If you require a different size or color for a standard return, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order on shopifiyi.com to ensure immediate availability and faster delivery.
SECTION 6 – REJECTION OF RETURNS
We reserve the right to deny any return if it falls outside the 30-day window, lacks proper documentation, or arrives in a condition that renders the product unsellable. In such cases, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
