At Shopifiyi, we understand that prompt and reliable delivery is essential to your shopping experience. Whether you are ordering a new pair of Men’s formal shoes, Women’s elegant heels, or Children’s play shoes, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient shipping process across the United States.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently provide specialized domestic shipping services throughout the United States. To keep our pricing simple and predictable, we apply a flat-rate shipping structure:

Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99 USD per order.

2. Delivery Timelines

We work diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. Please refer to the timeline below for an estimate of when your footwear will arrive:

Order Cut-off Time 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Saturday
Order Handling Time 1 – 3 Business Days (Mon – Sat)
Transit Time 7 – 15 Business Days (Mon – Sat)

*Please note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time. Business days are calculated as Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

3. Reliable Carriers

To ensure the safety of your footwear, we partner with world-class logistics providers. Depending on your location within the USA, your package may be delivered via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. All shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage during transit.

4. Order Tracking

Transparency is key to our service. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your unique Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate physical shipping address. Please ensure all details, including house number, street name, and apartment/suite numbers, are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Note: We cannot redirect packages or change shipping addresses once the order is in the “Transit” phase.

6. Shipping Issues

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your shoes arrive in a damaged shipping container, please notify our support team immediately. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue through a replacement or a full reimbursement.
