1. Shopifiyi Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as shoe designs, high-resolution product photography, logos, graphics, and text descriptions for our Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s collections, is the exclusive property of Shopifiyi or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with a written “Infringement Notice” containing the following details:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property.
• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material on our site that is claimed to be infringing (including specific URLs).
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. Once received, we will provide a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party. We reserve the right to restore the material if no legal action is taken within 10-14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Shopifiyi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts of users or block access to the site for those who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
