1. The 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. We believe this provides ample time to try on your shoes indoors and decide if they are the perfect fit for your lifestyle.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, we kindly ask that the following conditions are met:

  • Shoes must be in original, unworn condition (no visible wear on the soles or uppers).
  • Items must be returned in the original shoe box and outer packaging.
  • All tags, inserts, and accessories (spare laces, etc.) must be included.

*Tip: Please try on your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the outsoles during the decision process.

3. Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns for ANY reason. Common reasons include:

• Incorrect size or fit
• Change of mind
• Style/Color preference
• Defective or damaged items

4. Step-by-Step Return Process (Download & Print)

We have made our return process simple and cost-free by providing digital labels:

  1. Initiate: Email our support team at support@shopifiyi.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Receive & Download: Within 24 hours (Mon-Sat), we will send a Pre-paid Return Shipping Label directly to your Gmail/Email inbox as a PDF attachment.
  3. Print: Download the label and print it on a standard 8.5×11 inch paper.
  4. Pack & Affix: Place the shoes in their original box, secure them in a shipping mailer, and tape the printed label firmly to the outside of the package.
  5. Drop Off: Drop your package at any authorized carrier location (USPS/UPS/FedEx) as specified on the label.

5. Refund Timeline

Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days after our warehouse team inspects the return.
  • Bank Timeline: Most financial institutions reflect the credit within 5-10 business days.
  • Fees: $0 restocking fees. You will receive a 100% refund of the product price paid.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged pair of shoes or the wrong size/style, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately provide a replacement or a full refund, and the return shipping label for the incorrect item will also be provided for you to download and print at no cost.
